thrift store treasure - found today
I found this vintage Hermes scarf today at a local thrift store. It’s over 50 years old and a very collectible design. If I sold it in my vintage shop, I could make enough to pay my studio rent for a couple of months. But…but…I could also keep it!

Day of the Dead Dresses
These two vintage Mexican dresses came from the estate sale of a former pot dealer in Montana. Rumor has it he picked them up on a “business trip” south of the border in the 1960s or 1970s.
Lots of girls in my town wear these as Day of the Dead costumes. They’re also great as summer dresses.

Pendleton Woolen Mills has been making these for over 50 years.
This one’s for sale at Urban Outfitters for $89.
Super cute colors, but…I think she’s wearing a size too small.
